Exchange and Return Policy

We want our customers to be satisfied with their orders. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase for products that show no signs of use. Returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original box and include all accessories that were delivered with your order. The product must be in the same optimal condition as it was delivered on the date of purchase.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for the Peninsula (Spain and Portugal) are €3.95 if the total order is below €30. When the total order exceeds €60, shipping is free.

For shipments to the Balearic Islands, the shipping cost will be €5.95.

For shipments to other countries in the European Union, the shipping cost will be €22.80.

For national shipments to the Peninsula, your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. If it is a location with difficult access or too far from a capital, the order may take one more day. Delivery times start from 24 business hours after the date of purchase. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are excluded from delivery times. National, regional, and local holidays (El Viso del Alcor) are respected.

We only ship to European countries.

Customs

In the case that your region or country has customs, the costs generated there will be paid by the customer receiving the order, and Baldomero Confección cannot assume these costs.

How to Return/Exchange Your Orders for Home Delivery

To make changes and returns online, follow these steps: 1) Access our website www.baldomerocofeccion.com 2) In the top right corner, access your profile. 3) Once inside the profile, click on the same icon. 4) Go to the bottom of the page, where you will see various options (Control Panel, Account Information, Address Book, My Orders, Changes and Returns…), click on Changes and Returns. 5) Click on request a change or return. 6) Then, select the order you wish to change or return. 7) Once inside, choose the changes and returns you want to make.
For this, the items must retain all labels and be in perfect condition. You can make changes or returns as long as the garment has not been used.
Only size changes for the same item or another color will be accepted.
Once we receive your order at our facilities, we will send the requested exchange. You will receive it in approximately 24/48 business hours. During promotions (Sales, Black Friday, etc.), the delivery time may be longer.
The amount of the items we have received will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order. Shipping costs cannot be refunded.
Once we receive your order at our facilities, the refund will be made within 2-5 business days. During promotions (Sales, Black Friday, etc.), it may take a few more days.
For changes and returns of orders sent abroad (except Portugal), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to our warehouse. If it is an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs from their home to the warehouse, and Baldomero Confección will be responsible for the subsequent shipment from the warehouse to their home with the new requested size.

How to Return/Exchange Your Orders at Physical Stores.

You can make changes and returns at any physical store of Baldomero Confección (except outlet/factory centers). To do this, you must bring the invoice/receipt that you received by email at the time of purchase, printed or downloaded in PDF format. Refunds in the store will only be made through a voucher for the returned amount unless it is an online purchase, in which case the refund can be made at the physical store, but the amount will be returned according to the payment method used in that online purchase. If you want a direct refund of the amount, you must arrange the return through the online store.

No exchanges or returns of underwear will be accepted.

Promotions, sales, or discounts cannot be combined under any circumstances.

Out of Stock

If, for any reason, we notify a missing unit already purchased when preparing the order, the customer will receive an email indicating that they will receive a refund for the amount of that item.
